All products sold are fragrances crafted "in the style of" popular designer brands. We do not claim, imply, or represent any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the original designer brands referenced. Product descriptions, including scent notes, are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from expectation due to the subjective nature of fragrance.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes, costs, and courier information. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or events of force majeure.

6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

7. Reseller / Business Starter Packs
Customers who purchase a Business Starter Pack do so as independent resellers and are not employees, agents, or franchisees of Scents Essentials (Pty) Ltd. Resellers are responsible for their own business operations, pricing, marketing, and compliance with any applicable local laws. Scents Essentials (Pty) Ltd makes no guarantee of income, sales volume, or business success for resellers.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Scents Essentials (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scents Essentials (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including allergic reactions. Customers with known skin sensitivities or allergies should conduct a patch test before full use of any fragrance product.
