Perfume Wholesale South Africa

We sell inspired perfume at wholesale prices to people who resell it. No franchise fee, no monthly minimum, no contract. You buy a pack, you sell it, you keep the difference.

Everything below is our real pricing. The "you make" column uses our own retail prices as the selling price — you can charge more or less, it's your business.

What you pay and what you make

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery is R95 flat anywhere in South Africa, whatever the size of the order.

Parfumo — the cheapest way in

Small bottles, low prices, easy for customers to say yes to. Our retail is R55 (40ml) and R65 (50ml).

• 40ml: 5 for R200 · 10 for R350 · 20 for R660
• 50ml: 5 for R275 · 10 for R500 · 15 for R675

M-Scents — the range that sells itself

Stronger and longer-lasting than Parfumo. Our retail is R99 (40ml) and R139 (80ml).

• 40ml: 5 for R325 · 10 for R585
• 80ml: 5 for R500 · 10 for R850

Villa — biggest choice of scents

The names tell your customer which well-known scent each one is inspired by, which makes it an easy sell. Our retail is R89 (30ml) and R159 (60ml).

• 30ml: 5 for R315 · 10 for R580 · 20 for R1 100
• 60ml: 5 for R550 · 10 for R1 050 · 15 for R1 500

Paris 2 Dubai — the premium end

100ml bottles, heavier oud and amber scents, and the range that carries the highest rand profit per sale. Our retail is R199.99.

• 5 to 9 bottles: R160 each (5 for R800)
• 10 or more: R150 each (10 for R1 500)

Lotions to add on

Customers who buy perfume often buy the matching lotion too, and it costs you almost nothing to carry.

• 60ml lotions with an M-Scents order: 5 for R125 · 10 for R250
• 200ml lotions with a Villa order: 5 for R275 · 10 for R550

Mix and match

You don't have to buy ten of the same scent. Mix any scents within the same range and size, and the total still counts toward the quantity break. Ten different M-Scents 40ml bottles cost the same R585 as ten of one scent.

Across ranges is different — a Parfumo bottle doesn't count toward an M-Scents break, because the prices aren't the same.

How to order

1. Pick a pack. Order it on the store like any other product, or send us the quantity on WhatsApp and we'll invoice you.
2. Tell us your scents. Message us your mix after ordering. We confirm what's in stock before we pack — we'd rather ask than send you something that won't sell.
3. We courier it. R95 flat anywhere in South Africa.

Questions people ask before their first order

Do I need a registered company?

No. Most of our resellers start as individuals selling to friends, colleagues and WhatsApp contacts. Register later if the business grows into it.

What's the smallest order I can place?

Five bottles, on any range. Start there. You learn more from selling five bottles than from storing fifty.

Can I choose which scents I get?

Yes, within a range. Send us your list on WhatsApp after you order and we'll confirm against stock before packing.

What should I sell them for?

Our retail prices are in the table above and they're a safe starting point — you're selling the same product at the same price as the shop, so nobody feels cheated. Some resellers charge more because they deliver by hand or sell at markets. That's up to you.

How do I actually sell it?

The people who do well start with what they already have: a WhatsApp status with a photo and a price, a bottle in their bag at work so people can smell it, a table at a market or church event. Perfume sells on smell — let people try it.

What if it doesn't sell?

Perfume keeps for years if you store it out of direct sun and heat, so stock isn't wasted, but that's exactly why we'd rather you started with a small pack. Buy five, sell five, then come back for twenty.
