How much is your delivery costs?

We charge a flat delivery fee of R85, regardless of order size.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, we want you to love your purchase, so:

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (return shipping costs are for the customer's account, unless the item was faulty).
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
